Gorgeous by ONE — Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gorgeousbyone.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Change of mind
If you simply changed your mind, email us within 30 days of delivery. For most items, we'll issue a refund without requiring you to ship the item back to us — this keeps things simple and fast on our end. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned before a refund is issued; we'll let you know which applies when you reach out.

Refund processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund.

Non-returnable items
Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

How to start a return
Email info@gorgeousbyone.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.
